# Cross-market payment testing report

> Fictional example—not a client deliverable. All demonstration data, participants, tasks and findings are invented. Actual deliverables depend on the agreed project scope.

Explore a sample structure connecting local observations, evidence and product decisions.

## 1. Scope and management summary

DemoPay is a fictional e-wallet. Two fictional participants in Malaysia and Brazil perform two demonstration tasks about payment status and fee clarity. These records illustrate the report format, not overall product performance or a success rate.

## 2. Country and environment coverage

The example uses an Android device on a local mobile network in Malaysia and an iOS device on Wi-Fi in Brazil. Neither environment nor task represents a real test.

| Record | Market / participant | Environment | Observation |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| T-001 | Malaysia / MY-DEMO-01 | Android / mobile network | Payment status mismatch / PAY-001 |
| T-002 | Brazil / BR-DEMO-01 | iOS / Wi-Fi | Unclear fees / UX-002 |

## 3. Issue record: PAY-001

After authorization, the app still shows payment pending. Reproduce: open test order → select payment method → authorize → return → check status. Expected: a consistent result or an explicit processing state. Evidence placeholder: EVIDENCE-DEMO-001, with no real attachment. Check callbacks and synchronization; root cause is unconfirmed. Example priority: high, subject to project review. Retesting has not been performed.

## 4. UX observation: UX-002

A fictional participant cannot distinguish the payment amount from extra fees. This may cause hesitation, but conversion impact has not been measured. Show amount, fees and total before confirmation, then repeat the comprehension task.

## 5. Improvement and retest plan

Payment engineering/QA should review logs, fix and retest PAY-001 under agreed conditions. Product/UX should revise fee presentation for UX-002 and validate comprehension against agreed research objectives. Neither issue is confirmed resolved.

## 6. Evidence and limitations

Real reports may include agreed redacted screenshots, recordings and interview summaries. Never expose full payment-card details, credentials or identity documents. Separate observations, hypotheses and confirmed findings. Complete version, date, sample criteria, coverage gaps, reviewer and acceptance status in the actual report.
